Ukulele is the funnest instrument ever! It travels well and is a total crowd pleaser - I just love mine!

This 8-week group class will cover the basics of the Ukulele and is for absolute beginners. You don't have to have any musical background to begin playing.

Beginner I will introduce all the basics of playing ukulele - tuning, forming chord shapes, different strumming and picking techniques, and rhythm. By the end of eight weeks you'll have learned multiple songs. We'll give you all you need to get started. Class size is limited to 6 people.

Beginner II will continue with more chords and more challenging songs, but in the same fun and lighthearted environment.

Kids Ukulele - The kids class will follow the same program as the adults in a warm-hearted and encouraging environment especially for kids aged 8 - 10. The ukulele is a great instrument for kids to pick up and a perfect precursor to guitar. In the kids class we will also introduce some improvising techniques to encourage ear training.
